Speaking at an in-house celebration held for the awardees, the TG/PS appreciated Governor Sanwo-Olu for his magnanimity and for rewarding the academic performance of the teachers in an excellent way.

She said: “This is indeed a reward for hard work and attestation to the excellent performance of the teachers in Education District I. Mrs. Solarin challenged the teachers to keep the flag flying in order to continuously enjoy the dividends of hard work and commitment from the State Government, saying “to whom much is given, much is also expected”.

Also making remarks, the Principal of Government Senior College, Agege, Mrs. Bolanle Olusola Alamu, who was also an awardee, thanked Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for making the teaching profession in the State a great delight and an enviable profession.
