Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, has said that Gernot Rohr’s men will approach the game against Cameroon like a final match.

The two West African heavyweights will clash on Saturday in Alexandria, with a place in the last eight at stake at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, in Egypt.

Ndidi also explained that the game will be difficult but the Super Eagles will give everything to beat Cameroon.

“Cameroon being the defending champions will want to give everything to the game and make it very difficult.

“The game will be difficult no doubt, but we will give everything to it too. We do not want to end the tournament at this stage and we do not want to go home now. We will approach the game like our final game.

“We want to make everybody at home happy again and we will try out best,” the Leicester City star told SportingLife.
