LAGOS TRAFFIC RADIO 96.1FM PARTNERS MARKETING EDGE, E.T.C MEDIA ON 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
Lagos Traffic Radio 96.1FM has announced that it will partner with Marketing Edge and ETC Media to commemorate the station’s 10th anniversary scheduled to take place on Sunday, 29th May, 2022.
A statement issued by the General Manager, Mr. Tayo Akanle, said the partnership will project and promote the activities lined up to ensure a successful celebration.
Akanle explained that the Station wants to leverage previous partnerships and areas of comparative advantage to make the 10th-anniversary celebration grand.
His statement said: “The support of these esteemed organisations will in no small measure help the Station actualise its desired results as we seek to expand our listenership base and explore more financial prowess.”
“Established by the Lagos State Government on the 29th of May 2012, the Station has continued to deliver its mandate based on its Core Values of giving Timely, Reliable, Accurate, Dynamic, Innovative and Objective traffic reports to its teeming listeners, with a vision to be the most reliable Radio Station providing Traffic Information in Africa.”
“Our Mission is to continue the path of excellence as we provide timely, accurate Traffic Information and Travel Advisory to commuters for enhanced productivity using modern technology and a well-motivated workforce.”
Also speaking, Publisher/CEO, Marketing Edge, Mr. John Ajayi, congratulated Lagos Traffic Radio on its 10th anniversary, saying the station has over the years proven its worth in the delivery of accurate Traffic Information and Travel Advisory.
Marketing Edge also pledged to collaborate with the Station in every aspect to ensure that the celebration turns out great and to ensure Lagos Traffic Radio presses on strongly in its vision to be the most reliable Radio Station providing Traffic Information in Africa.
In the same vein, the Managing Director ETC Media, Mr. Olubukola Abimbola, also expressed support for the Station as it intends to celebrate its 10th Anniversary, with plans to improve its service delivery to Lagos Residents.
Abimbola said that ETC Media will partner with the Station to ensure a grand celebration.
