The Victor Attah International Airport, Akwa Ibom recently commenced internal operations with the airlift of its first passengers to Accra, Ghana. On board the maiden flight were the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Umo Eno; the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo; and other government functionaries.

JMG Elevator, the Elevator & Escalator division of JMG Limited, has completed the installation of 16 vertical transportation units at Victor Attah International Airport in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, reinforcing its position as a trusted elevator and escalator company in Nigeria.
The project includes 12 elevators and 4 escalators, all supplied and installed to support passenger movement, accessibility, airport operations, and long-term reliability. The installed units are also under JMG Elevator’s maintenance support, ensuring continued performance, safety, and service availability.
Following the successful completion of the initial installation, the client has requested the addition of 3 more units, including 1 lift and 2 escalators. Once installed, the total number of TK Elevator units at Victor Attah International Airport will increase to 19 units.
