MC OLUOMO: A KING IN MAKING, BIRTHDAY TRIBUTE TO AN ENIGMA
A few moments ago, my boss (Ikomodina) put a call across to me, to pen a birthday tribute for his boss (MC Oluomo). It’s nearly impossible for anyone to avoid penning a birthday tribute for a hill alive, socialite man Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (MC. Oluomo) for those who know him closely and personally.
MC. Oluomo is an enigma; humble character, self-effacing, industrious, diligent, always thinking about things he needs to accomplish, and a complete gentleman of peace.
My boss said this man has faced many challenges in the face of many struggles of tongue-lashing. The man who has faced many claps of thunder and challenges, still hills alive counting blessing, progress, and successes. Thunders, they say doesn’t strike twice, for MC Oluomo repeatedly strike since in charge of running the union affairs of the transportation system in Lagos state. The Mighty firmly with him as the waves of struggle continue that beat ceaselessly against the rocks on the store… Every moment spent in service to the kingdom of God will bear fruit.
Ikomodina expresses his thoughts like others wish MC Oluomo happy birthday but for Ikomodina is a tribute to the living reflection of a great man to humanity. In Lagos of today, use his position and efforts in unionism to create harmony, love, and peace across the 200 branches, create jobs, empower the youth, give scholarships to fewer privileges, and support the government’s eradication of crimes.
His stuff of leadership, in unionism, reduces the violence but peaceful negotiations to run internal affairs. In the face of threatening, abuse, insult, and harassment, MC Oluomo has resisted the temptation to revenge on anyone.
As he marks his birthday today, my boss prays and wishes him many happy returns! Congratulations.
