…Calls for reconstitution of interreligious committee

The good deeds of the nation’s most prominent prophet and philanthropist, Primate Elijah Ayodele, Servant of the Most High God, Founder and Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, Nigeria, have continued to receive attention especially his latest flagship which was the building of a Mosque and naming it after the mother of the president of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which was commissioned by the president’s daughter, Folashade.

Sunday, March 8, 2026, Arewa Gamji Emirate Royal Council, all the way from Kaduna arrived the international headquarters of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, to honor Primate Ayodele with the title of Wambai Gamji, a Sir Ahmadu Bello Sarduana Merit Title.

With the award, Primate Ayodele becomes an icon of societal transformation, in recognition of his selfless service, hard work, examplary leadership and enormous contributions towards societal and Community development in Nigeria.

Those on the entourage were Alhaji Sauda Gamji, Waziri Gamji, Kaduna; Alhaji Faruq, Seriki Gamji, Christian Alli, Taraba, Ibrahim Muviru, Sariki Dogere, Palace Guard, Abdul Hameed Bala, Adamawa.

According to Alhaji Sauda Gamji (Waziri Gamji) Kaduna, Primate Ayodele was being honoured for his impacts in the society. “We are here today after seeing your impacts, you have become a symbol of unity, you build schools, take care of the less privileged, orphans, giving cars and houses to many people, we have seen that symbol of unity, not by mouth but by action, having built a Mosque, just very close to your church here. It symbolizes that you want to pass a message, that we are all one, we are first humans before other things. We see you as one who is passionate in helping the less privileged.”

Primate Ayodele in his response said the action by the Gamji Emirate Royal Council is exactly what the nation wants now. “This is exactly what we want in Nigeria. I just told America that they should investigate more, the American Government should listen, the. Muslim in Nigeria, they are not bad, they don’t promote genocide, genocides are external bodies, the leaders both Christians and moslems, they are in unity and we are fighting what they call genocide, we are serving one God.”

He stressed the need for the reconstitution of the Inter Religious Committee in Nigeria to make it more impactful. “There is need to change the Committee of Interreligious, they have been inactive, we want capable rulers like Gamji, the government should look into it, and there should be a committee to be monitoring all of this and you see that things will flow. They are archaic, they are exhausted, they have nothing to offer again. That is my message for now

“I want to thank you so much, that so much is endless, everything you said is well noted and I have accepted

“One of the reasons I opposed Muslim / Muslim ticket, I said it and some people thought I hate the president. No. Now there is a Christian, there is a moslem, regardless, it is an abuse and corruption of power when you bring two persons of the same sect to be in power. It made people to think they want to islamise the nation.

“If they had listened that time they would not be facing what they are facing now. In the Koran there are Prophets, God will say to the prophet, go and tell the king this, prophets are not beggars, any person who speaks the heart of the nation, the word will be political, he will send you to people who are more valuable, who will add value to situations, that is why we send our message, whether they use it or not is not our concern.

“You said Government should give me National honour, that one is just worldly honour, I don’t want, even Guinness Book of Record, I don’t want, what I want is for God to give me the strength, good health to be able to do more, to be able to help the less-privileged. If they are happy I am happy.

“If they are happy there won’t be terrorists, there won’
