LAGOS NSCDC AVOWS CROSS BORDER CRIME REDUCTION, RECEIVES ITALIAN HUMANITARIAN TEAM, NODS GROUP VISIT TO BADAGRY DIVISION | Blissful Affairs Online
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC ), Lagos State Command has once again avowed its unflinching commitment towards reducing cross border crimes such as ; economic sabotage , infrastructure and assets vandalism, illegal human trafficking , illegal detention camps , fake tertiary admissions , school vandalism , baby factories and fraudulent online marketing schemes just to mention a few.
The Command made the above assertion known today , Tuesday , 11th August , 2026, when the country representatives of Condivisione frai Popoli, an international humanitarian partnership network based in Rimini , Italy visited the Badagry Divisional Office of the NSCDC in the state .
The Italian group seized the opportunity to commend the record breaking operational onslaughts of the Command in Badagry, a border town between Lagos and Ogun and other West African countries ; Republic of Benin amidst others.
Amongst others the visitation of the group has helped to strengthen institutional collaboration and partnership in a bid to promote Critical National Assets and Infrastructure – Protection ( CNAI – P ), community engagements , advocacy, awareness , security and safety of lives and property along communities within and across border lines et ce tera.
The State Commandant , NSCDC , Lagos State Command, Mr Adedotun Keshinro , fnarc , noded the Italian humanitarian group and the Badagry Divisional Officer , Chief Superintendent of Corps Ekunola Gbenga for emboldening commitment to institutional partnership and synergy capable of strengthening public trust .
