My name is Dr. Dennis Isong , l am the Chief Executive Officer of TrueAsset Limited and the founder of LAND PROPERTY.NG
We help Nigerians in diaspora to acquire land properties in Nigeria.
How can you describe the Real Estate Industry in Nigeria?
The Industry is booming and it’s a big place for people to invest so people shouldn’t hesitate to invest the opportunity is there especially in major cities which is Lagos, Porthcourt, Abuja, Asaba this are selling places for now.
The profit in Nigeria Real Estate is even more better than most of the developed countries.
The Challenges Sir?
Of course there challenges, the government should ease their policy because that is one of the major challenges and l believe that they will do something concerning that because it will enable the growth of the industry.
What has been your experiences interacting with Nigerians in diaspora?
The major challenges is “TRUST” and since my aim is to help them , l position myself as someone they can trust because most of them their family members have duped them severally all in the name of getting them properties so that has been the loope whole “TRUST”.
So you are encouraging Nigerians in diaspora to Trust Real Estate Practitioners in Nigeria?
Yes, they should trust the professionals so they will not get into the wrong hands
Effects of building materials?
The price of building materials will always go up and down that’s reality but that shouldn’t stop people from investing
Advice to those that would like to invest in Real Estate?
They should go ahead to do that and they should know that the entry point is zero per se just have the right knowledge, to learn and re-learn because you have to keep on learning to get the best.
