Hassan-Koguna emerges ADP Kano governorship candidate

Nasir Hassan-Koguna has won the Action Democratic Party (ADP) Kano State governorship ticket.

The candidate emerged through consensus on Monday, NAN reports.

An ADP official, Tijjani Lawan, who supervised the process, announced Hassan-Koguna as the party’s flagbearer.

Nafiu Haruna is the senatorial candidate for Kano Central; Habibu Lawan, Kano North; Aliyu Habibu, Kano South.

Lawan said ADP had filled candidates for all the 24 House of Representatives seats and 40 State House of Assembly seats.

In his remarks, Hassan-Koguna charged members to work for the party’s victory in 2023.

The standard bearer urged them to obtain Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) to enable them vote in 2023
