TUTOR-GENERAL/PERMANENT SECRETARY OF EDUCATION DISTRICT IV ASSUMES OFFICE
The newly appointed Tutor-General/Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Education District IV, Mr. Olusegun Olawale Osinaike, has assumed office.
Speaking at a reception organised in his honour by the workforce, Osinaike promised to develop the District, declaring his readiness to work with the management and other members of staff towards achieving his mandate and the actualisation of the T.H.E.M.E.S development agenda of the State Government.
He expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for his appointment and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for choosing him out of many others, who are equally qualified for the post, saying “I will put in my best to make sure the District has the best WAEC and BECE results throughout my tenure in Office”.
The TG/PS also appreciated all the staff for the warm welcome accorded him, just as he solicited their support and collaboration to achieve all set goals and objectives of the Education District IV.
The Director, School Administration Department of the District, Mr. Akeem Amosu, who led the welcome party, commended Governor Sanwo-Olu for his leadership style and for providing an enabling environment for teachers and learners in the State to thrive.
He congratulated the newly appointed TG/PS, assuring him of the full support and cooperation of the entire management and staff in taking the Lagos State Education District IV to an enviable height.
While imploring the Permanent Secretary to consider himself and other members of staff as one big, happy family, Amosu prayed for the success and upliftment of the District during the tenure of the newly appointed Tutor-General.
Osinaike was accompanied to his new duty post by serving and retired TG/PS, Principals, and members of District III, where he served as Principal of Government Senior College, Ikosi-Epe, and the President, Lagos State ANCOPPS, Mrs. Moronkeji Folashade, among others.
