LAGOS STANDS STILL FOR MOTHER OF ALL AWARD EVENTS, BAADRA 2022
There is palpable eagerness in the Lagos social and corporate cycles as the 8th edition of Blissful Affairs Annual Discourse and Recognition Awards (BAADRA 2022) beckons.
The magnificent roundtable and awards presentation event will hold at the prestigious and highly secured Presken Hotel and Suites, Ikeja Lagos.
Chief organizer of the event, Adaobi Enekwa one of the very few Amazon’s of celebrity journalism affirmed that this year’s BAADRA is not just all about award presentation and the usual merry making. She stated that though there is adequate preparation for a superb entertainment of guests and awardees, must be the most vital and solemn part of the event delves on the theme of the event tagged REORIENTATION OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTHS FROM DRUG ABUSE ABD CRIMES.
This topic was chosen by the organizer judging by the alarming rate at which the Nigerian youths partake in drug abuse and crimes. Not exempting adults and women either, this year’s topic will surely reorientate the youths and redirect their ways of life by engaging in positive means of survival.
Speakers for the day’s topic are Mr. Femi Babafemi, the Director of Media and Advocacy of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Mr. Babajide Kolade-Otitoju, Director of News TVC and Amb. Dr. Temitope Ajayi (Mama in Diaspora).
These public affairs analysts and enthusiasts will speak on why drug abuse and marketing should be discouraged and vehemently be exterminated from the shores of Nigeria and beyond.
