While congratulating Governor Bello Matawalle, for joining the All Progressive Party (APC), President Muhammadu Buhari said that he would retain power as the president till the 2023 presidential election and beyond.Garba Shehu reported that President Muhammadu Buhari said that the Zamfara state government has made a bold step in building the country and that his defection to APC would help build the political party.He also added that he would retain governance till 2023 and beyond.He said, “I am so proud and happy for the Zamfara State Governor, Governor Bello Matawalle, for joining the winning party.
