Hon. Faleke Facilitates Comprehensive Medical Outreach for Constituents
The effervescent and ever caring member of the Federal House of Representatives Abuja, Hon. James Abiodun Faleke is in action once again. This time around, the marvelously passionate lawmaker representing Ikeja Federal Constituency at the Green Chambers of the National Assembly has facilitated a comprehensive medical outreach to the good people of Ojodu Local Council Development Area. The caring, distinguished political strategist has always been taking drastic actions in revamping and transforming the lives of his Constituents and this time around, he is vehemently committed to their overall wellbeing and that is why he organized this health programme which commences on Friday the 8th till the 12th of September, 2023 at two different venues, Ogba Oluwole Tarmac in Ojodu and the Ifakl Ijaiye General Hospital via College Road, Ogba.
Thoroughly selected medical experts will be attending to patients between the hours of 9am to 5pm on daily basis. Medical activities such as Free OPD Consultation and drugs, Laboratory tests spanning blood count, blood group, hepatitis, malaria, prostate cancer, HIV/AIDS, Ultrasound Scan, Reading Glasses and General/Gynae Operations and more. This is a huge opportunity for the people of Ojodu LCDA to benefits from this uncommon kind gesture from their ever reliable and dependable federal representative who is hellbent in actualizing a comprehensive medical programme targeted at ensuring a healthy existence of his people.
Hon. James Abiodun Faleke partnered with the Federal Ministry of Health in conjunction with the Federal Dental College of Technology and Therapy, Enugu State as well as Doctors on the Move who are the programme’s consultants.
Ifako-Ijaiye General Hospital is just used for surgical operation and this is only for patients that need to be operated upon.
The medical outreach is a 10 days program spanning three days in each of the Local Government Areas of Ikeja Federal Constituency.
On the other hand, a three days training is ongoing for health care workers and doctors on hygiene and mental wellness and this is taking place simultaneously at Ikeja local Government, Onigbongbo LCDA
and Ojodu LCDA.
The facilitator and sponsor of this medical outreach, Hon. James Abiodun Faleke is an unrepentant human capacity developer, a thoroughbred democratic titan with genuine love for the good people of Ikeja Federal Constituency at the Lower Chambers of the Nigerian National Assembly and he has always been freely distributing all necessary and much anticipated empowerment tools and equipments targeted at boosting the businesses, trades and artisanship of his constituents. The remarkably performing lawmaker has severally, gone beyond his official responsibilities by embarking on human-transformational activities and his constituency’s geographical beautification. Hon. Faleke in recent pasts embarked on the construction and rehabilitation of many roads in Ikeja Federal Constituency, illuminated virtually all streets with durable solar lights, provided boreholes for drinkable and portable drinking water in all communities under Ikeja Local Government spanning Ikeja, Onigbongbo, Opebi, Allen, Alade, Agidingbi, Alausa, Ojodu, Oke Ira to an extent that some neighbouring areas in Ifako-Ijaiye also benefitted from his humanitarian gestures. Hon. Faleke is a man of all and sundry regardless of political, social, religion and tribal affiliations as the Igbos, Hausas, Yorubas, Itsekiris, Efiks, Urobos and other tribes resident in Ikeja Federal Constituency are always enjoying his kind heartedness. As a matter of fact, Hon. Faleke has transformed the lives of many hitherto jobless and hopeless youths in his Constituency by freely giving them empowerment equipment like Mini buses, tricycles, motorcycles, sewing machines, grinding machines, deep freezers, hair dryers, generators, clippers, POS machines already installed with cash and more. Not only a few had the magnanimous helper also assisted in paying for their house rents, hospital bills, tuition fees right from primary schools to higher institutions of learning while he has also been of great assistance to wandering youths by securing employment for them at both local, state and federal parastatals and agencies. Today, Hon. James Abiodun Faleke has changed many people’s lives and created solid avenues for them to actualize their lofty dreams and desires. His bold steps in orchestrating valuable leadership will forever remain indelible in the hearts of those who are privy to his positive and gallant antecedents in astronomically advancing the cause of Ikeja Federal Constituency. Hon. Faleke is a protege of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Executive President and Commander-in-chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Participants are expected to observe the Covid-19 protocols which are strictly applied. All patients must wear face masks or be given one at the venue while hand washing and sanitizers plus social distancing will also be observed.
