HEFAMAA Promises Improved Service Deliver y, Relocates |Blissful Affairs Online

HEFAMAA PROMISES IMPROVED SERVICE DELIVERY, RELOCATES OFFICE

In a bid to improve staff productivity and enhance quality service delivery to the citizenry, the Health Facilities Monitoring and Accreditation Agency, HEFAMAA, has moved to a new office located at 24, Alhaja Ashabi Cole Street, TISCO Plaza, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja.

The Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr. Abiola Idowu, who disclosed this at the Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja, explained that the new office offers more space and visibility that will allow the team to work with greater efficiency.

She said, “We look at this new location as the start of another chapter in our history. I hope the office will boost our visibility and increase productivity. We are excited about our new office located in a prime area. It is spacious, comfortable and ideal”.

While explaining that the Agency has since inception been operating in the Ministry of Health at the Secretariat, Alausa, Idowu envisaged that the new location will offer the Agency more opportunities to achieve greater things.

She expressed gratitude and appreciation to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for graciously approving the relocation, noting that “this is a confirmation that Mr. Governor is passionate about the health and wellbeing of the citizenry.

In the same vein, Dr. Idowu commended Professor Akin Abayomi, the State’s Commissioner for Health and the entire leadership of the Ministry for their unwavering support for the Agency’s programmes and activities.

She restated the commitment of the Agency to continue to deliver on its mandate of registering, inspecting and monitoring all health facilities across the State to achieve the vision of the present administration in improving the quality of healthcare delivery in Lagos.

Noting that the relocation might cause minor inconvenience to clients who are familiar with the former office, the Executive Secretary stated that the Agency will continue to offer topnotch services while all other official correspondence of the HEFAMAA remains the same.
