Governor Matawalle In High Spirit As Nigerian Army Neutralizes Bandit’s Camp ‘Dankarami’ In zamfara
The good news reaching this medium from Zamfara State has it that, Nigeria Air Force Jets are currently engaging some notable bandit camps with heavy air bombardments.
Meanwhile, Nigerian Army are also on ground neutralizing those who managed to escape.
A source from Zamfara State identified the camp that was destroyed by the Air Force as that of notable bandit’s leader known as ‘Dankarami’ Shinkafi Local Government Area of Zamfara State, who some months ago released a video celebrating victory over the Nigerian Army and his yet to be ascertained members have since been neutralized through the help of air and ground troop offensives.
As at the time of filling this report, a source who resides in Moriki Local Government Area of the State hinted that “some bandits who managed to escape the Military onslaughts were sighted by the residents begging for refuge but were unfortunate, as the troops on ground made sure that they neutralized.
In Maradun Local Government Area, the birth place of Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle, the story is the same as it was reported that many bandit camps were neutralized by the gallant Nigerian Forces.
A source at the Zamfara State Government House who pleaded anonymity said, “Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle is full of joy over the successful operations. The Governor is also monitoring the successes recorded by the Nigerian Army in his office and calling on the good people of Zamfara State to remain calm, law abiding and go about thier businesses as the bandits activities in the State will soon become a thing of the past.” Our source stated.
