BAADRA 2023 PRISON VISITATION, AN AVENUE TO CANVASS FOR POSITIVE REINTEGRATION OF INMATES BACK INTO THE SOCIETY

This year, Oscar Bravo Productions, organizers of the yearly Blissful Affairs Annual Discourse and Recognition Awards (BAADRA) though it wise to rebrand and refocus it’s annual celebration of distinguished individuals, government agencies and corporate organizations to paying a courtesy acclamatization visit the prison now know as correctional center. Kick-starting this noble CSR is a visitation to the Ikoyi Correctional Centre, Falomo Lagos with a team of shrewd media professionals ably led by versatile Publisher and Editor-in-chief of Blissful Affairs International Magazine Adaobi Enekwa, supported by a motivational speaker and an ace entertainment crooner to spice up the visitation.

The visit will include a motivational talk by an effervescent speaker who will dwell on the topic “MISSION FOR MOTIVATION, ENCOURAGEMENT AND THE NEXT LEVEL. This topic was unanimously chosen by the organizing committee of BAADRA 2023 who realized the need to boost the morale of prison inmates while at the same time, applaud the level at which the prison management handle and maintain the facilities therein.

In partnership with some corporate organizations and generous individuals, the project as orchestrated by Adaobi Enekwa is scheduled for Saturday the 4th of December, 2023 at 11am prompt.

The team will be well received by both the prison management, warders and inmates. It promises to be the mother of all prison visitations as there will be lots of lessons to be learnt by the inmates in preparation for their eventual liberty and reintegration back into the Nigerian society. There will also be some light refreshments, presentation of gifts and awarding of certificate to the man in charge of the Ikoyi Correctional Centre.
