Taiwo Tuned Pillar, the founder of Pillarcom community. A real estate marketing community where landlords and entrepreneurs are raised. In this interview with the publisher of Blissful Affairs Magazine, Adaobi Enekwa the MD/CEO of Pillarcom Community spoke more on making landlords and raising entrepreneurs, enjoy the excerpts:
Can you tell us your name and company?
My name is Taiwo Pillar, l am the President and Founder of Pillarcom Community.
A community of Realtors, we buy accomodations for people also a community where landlords are made and entrepreneurs are raised.
How do you feel as an awardee today as based on what your company has been offering to people?
It’s an amazing moment for us to receive an award today, we never taught of having this award because December 2024 will make it 3years that we started operating the company of connecting the buyers to sellers also helping developers to connect their properties to buyers.
Connecting buyers and sellers, can you throw more light on that?
It is a community where landlords are raised, we have many people that building houses, bungalows, duplexes but selling it to the end user becomes a problem for them and we say no, by filling this gap.
So we comes in to fill the space because it is an active space most people wanted because even if you come into the Real Estate with millions of naira and you don’t do your marketing right your business can crash so that is why we are out to fill this gap and help developers to connect those that wants to buy their property at the right and appropriate time, sell fast and turn the money over not just that the buyers are happy because they know that what they are buying is genuine and with this it helps the developer to build more to sell.
